Red Sea Boat Care was established in 2021 by a coalition of marine engineers, naval architects, and professional yacht crews who identified a gap in high-quality, locally based boat services along Egypt’s Red Sea coast. Our mission is simple: deliver shipyard-level expertise with the responsiveness of a local team, so yacht owners and operators enjoy maximum uptime and safety.
Our leadership holds certifications from Lloyd’s Register, RINA, and the American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC). Technicians are trained in diesel engine overhauls (Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Cummins), marine electrical systems (Raymarine, Garmin, Simrad), HVAC chillers, and composite-fabrication techniques. We adhere strictly to class-approval standards and IMCI “Standard of Care” protocols for every repair and maintenance task.
Red Sea Boat Care’s operations span three core areas: Mechanical & Propulsion, Hull & Composite, and Systems & Electronics. Under Mechanical & Propulsion, we perform engine diagnostics, gear-box rebuilds, shaft alignment, and propeller balancing. Hull & Composite covers gelcoat restoration, osmosis treatment, structural reinforcements, and non-skid deck applications. Systems & Electronics includes navigation-system calibration, AIS/VHF installations, battery-bank servicing, and onboard climate-control maintenance.
Our Hurghada facility features a 100-ton travelift, certified welding shop (aluminium & stainless), and climate-controlled paint booth. We maintain a parts inventory of filters, seals, anodes, pumps, and specialty resins to minimize turnaround times. Mobile service crews deploy anywhere along the coast—from Safaga to Nuweiba—equipped with satellite communications and parts-carrying vans.

We also provide turnkey refit and upgrade projects: teak-deck replacement, flybridge expansions, custom audio-video installations, and stabilizer retrofits. Each project is managed via our cloud-based client portal—complete with work schedules, budget tracking, and progress photos.
