Why Us

  • Class-Approved Mechanical Overhauls

Every engine and gearbox rebuild follows ABYC and RINA class standards. Our workshop uses laser-alignment tools for shaft coupling, computerized dynamometer testing for power validation, and torque-wrench-verified fastenings. We replace bearings, seals, and gaskets with genuine OEM components, perform coolant-system pressure tests, and calibrate fuel-injection timing to factory specs. Post-overhaul sea trials measure vibration, temperature, and fuel consumption—documented in a detailed Service Report. This rigor ensures engine reliability for charter operations and prolonged engine life under Red Sea’s harsh marine conditions.
  • Advanced Composite & Gelcoat Repair

Our composite bay handles polyester, vinylester, and epoxy lamination repairs. We assess delamination via ultrasound, cut out damaged core, and perform vacuum-bagging cures to restore structural integrity. Gelcoat scratches and UV degradation are addressed in a temperature-controlled paint booth using two-component marine paints with UV inhibitors. Color matching is achieved via spectrophotometer readings and custom-mixed pigments. Non-skid deck surfaces are reapplied with marine-grade epoxy granules for safety. All repairs come with a 24-month warranty against water ingress and blistering.
  • Systems Integration & Electronics Calibration

Red Sea Boat Care installs and calibrates navigation and communication systems—GPS/chartplotters, radar, AIS transponders, VHF/DSC radios—according to IMO and SOLAS guidelines. We conduct compass compensation (swinging the vessel), NMEA-2000 network diagnostics, and software updates. Our electricians test battery banks with carbon-pile load banks, verify inverter/charger performance, and upgrade LED lighting to reduce power draw. Climate-control systems (chillers, split-units) are pressure tested, recharged with correct refrigerant, and balanced for optimum airflow.
  • On-Site Emergency Response

Our mobile Rapid Response Teams operate 24/7 along the Red Sea coast. Equipped with satellite-linked diagnostics, spare parts, hydraulic jacks, and welding equipment, they can perform emergency repairs afloat or ashore. Services include hull patching, engine restart, bilge-pump replacement, and emergency navigation-system fixes. Crews coordinate via our central dispatch, ensuring arrival within 4 hours of distress call. Safety protocols align with COTP (Captain of Port) directives and local marine-police regulations.
  • Turnkey Refit & Custom Upgrades

From interior joinery refits to performance-enhancing foil installations, we manage multi-disciplinary refit projects. Our project managers develop Gantt charts, cash-flow forecasts, and risk registers. Specialized teams handle carpentry (teak, mahogany), metalwork (stainless-steel railings, aluminium superstructures), upholstery, and audio-video system integration. All materials meet marine-grade specifications. Regular client walk-throughs—via our secure portal—ensure design fidelity. We deliver fully documented as-fitted drawings and maintenance manuals at project completion.
  • Transparent Client Portal & Reporting

Clients receive secure access to our cloud portal, where they can view live updates: work-order statuses, expenditure tracking, inspection checklists, and timestamped photos. Automated notifications alert owners to milestone completions—engine testing, haul-out, sea-trial success. Invoices, service certificates, and compliance documents (Class endorsement, COC) are uploaded in real time. This transparency builds trust and allows owners to manage budgets and schedules remotely, ensuring peace of mind during extended refit or repair periods.
